Work Experience

Digital Marketing Manager – House of Ellure

2022 – Present

At House of Ellure, a luxury fine jewelry brand specializing in ethically sourced Sri Lankan sapphires, I led creative direction and digital marketing across brand, e-commerce, and influencer channels. I worked closely with the founders to shape the brand’s visual identity, campaign storytelling, and digital presence, ensuring consistency and impact across every touchpoint.
My role included overseeing campaign concepting, photoshoot direction, influencer collaborations, and written brand messaging, as well as supporting televised launches as an official HSN vendor. Through thoughtful partnerships and cohesive creative strategy, I helped elevate brand visibility while supporting growth across social, web, and retail-facing moments.

Web Designer – Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Consultant

2015-2018​

True Mementos Gifts is an Etsy-based brand specializing in personalized gifting. I partnered with the founders to build and refine the brand’s online presence through a combination of e-commerce optimization and content-led storytelling.
My work included optimizing Etsy listings and shop structure to improve visibility and conversion, as well as creating, filming, editing, and publishing social content to support brand awareness and drive traffic back to the shop. By aligning product presentation with consistent visuals and messaging, I helped establish a more cohesive and scalable digital presence across both Etsy and social platforms.

Social Media Manager – Amal K Skincare

2024 – Present

Worked closely with a luxury esthetics studio to bring its in-studio experience to life online through thoughtful content and intentional storytelling. The focus was on creating social content that felt as calming and elevated as the services themselves — never overproduced, always on-brand.
From concepting weekly story features to scripting short-form video and writing educational, SEO-aware captions, I shaped content designed to both inspire and inform. Each post balanced visual softness with clear messaging, supporting service discovery and bookings while reinforcing the studio’s reputation for refined, wellness-driven care.

Communications & Brand Intern – The Help Group

2025 – Present

As a Communications & Brand Intern at The Help Group, I support the organization as part of my Master’s program by working closely with a licensed speech therapist who provides daily services to children within the school. My role centers on observing, documenting, and supporting communication strategies in a real-world, clinical education setting.
Through this experience, I gain firsthand insight into how thoughtful communication, structure, and empathy impact children and families on a daily basis. This role has deepened my understanding of intentional messaging, human-centered storytelling, and the importance of clarity and trust when supporting community-focused initiatives—skills that strongly inform my approach to brand, content, and communications work.
